Welcome to the Cantina Anejo Membership App ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App operated by Cantina Anejo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App and purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Membership and Benefits

  • Membership provides access to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:

    • Free entry to Cantina Anejo (subject to venue policies and capacity)

    • Discounts on merchandise

    • Special promotions and offers

  • Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
     

2. Purchases and Payment

  • All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

  • Memberships may be subject to recurring charges if specified at time of purchase.

  • If you cancel your membership and choose to re-subscribe at a later date, a $25 reactivation fee will apply in addition to the regular membership price.
     

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Share your account with others

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App

  • Violate any applicable laws while using the App or its features
     

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the membership in any way.
 

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
 

6. Disclaimers

  • Membership benefits are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for any service outages or access issues beyond our control.
     

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
